Our last intensive session was one of the most profound experiences of my life, right up there with the birth of my child. – D.M.
Sexuality is a multi-faceted gift: it can be profound, cathartic, playful, connective, kinky, sensual, sweet, tender, healing, primal, immersive, an incredible experience to share with someone (or someones!) else, and a delightful path to self-knowledge.
Our world has a complicated relationship to sex, and many of us internalize harmful messages about what turns us on or about who we are for liking what we like. Chronic pain, sexual assault, abuse, trauma, and body- and identity-shaming messages also put up barriers between us and the pleasure that is our birthright. We can work together to bring the excitement and connection back to sex and intimacy—and increase your ability to soak in every last drop of pleasure you can.
Some of the areas we can work together on include:
- Kink, BDSM, and fetishes
- Sexual communication–asking for what you want
- Role play and fantasies
- Ejaculation and orgasm control
- Erotic confidence and body positivity/body acceptance
- Getting out of your head and into your body: Embodiment work
- Tantric techniques
- Exploring sexual orientation
- Sex and chronic illness/disability
- Pelvic pain and vaginismus
- Prostate play
- Anal sex
- Strap-on play
- Learning new skills and techniques
- Negotiating and engaging in sex as—or with!—a trans person
- Threesomes, moresomes, and open relationships
- Reclaiming sexuality and intimacy coaching, especially after trauma
I have been working on getting sensation and feeling back in my body and this seems to be helping along with working with a sexual trauma coach. Alex S. Morgan. Check them out. They are amazing. In two sessions I have regained sexual traumatic memories, gotten more libido and been getting a better awareness of sexual boundaries and intimacy. – Amy Galloway
Gender Exploration Coaching
From gender identity to expression to your relationship to gender and society, as with individuals who want to change their relationship to masculinity or femininity, gender is a core part of learning to relate to yourself.
Your relationship to gender can impact your relationship to embodiment, to affection, attraction, and how others find you attractive, and to your erotic confidence.
Together, we can explore your unique, personal journey with gender and integrate it into the rest of your life, all within a transgender-savvy, agender affirming, non-binary experienced container supportive of healthy, examined masculinity, femininity, androgyny, butch/femme and other queered genders, gender fluidity, manhood, womanhood, and the rest of the gender spectrum.
I’ll meet you where you’re at, and together, we’ll work to find your deepest self and make more room for you to express your true nature, or to create yourself as you go.
I really appreciated our phone consultation, where you helped me hash out ideas for a presentation on healthy vs. abusive kink. You gave me a lot of important things to think about, and your insights really helped me clarify my own ideas and purpose of that class. Thank you so much! – Samantha Manewitz, LCSW
Business Coaching & Professional Consultation
It can be hard to find someone who understands these often complex situations. I offer my regular coaching services to colleagues and fellow sexuality and intimacy professionals, and am happy to discuss both boundaries and privacy during our initial intro/consult chat. I also offer professional consultation and business coaching by request.
I’m honored to accept colleagues’ referrals, especially for specialized or somatic/hands-on work. Referring colleagues are also welcome to contact me with a little about you and your practice and areas of specialty as well so that I can return the favor.
